The services that we offer begin with preparations including; review of pricing methods, categorization to be used in the inventory, and identification of items not to be counted.
After inventory has been prepared we will bring in a trained staff to count the inventory working independently with silent-operation, portable, inventory calculators. By using this system the inventory is taken with a minimum of inconvenience to store personnel and customers. The inventory figures are reported at a location and category basis and are available for review upon completion of the inventory.
The Inventory is tracked using a paper tagging system. This system involves marking each shelf with a tag upon which the subtotal for that section is written. Use of these tags allows for immediate verification of inventory values within minute sections of stock. This verification is accomplished by means of test counting individual sections of stock and comparing the test value to the original count value. Test counts are run with every physical inventory provided by our company.
